TUNG JEE KUEN TECHNIQUES

The first form of Yau Kung Mun is called Tung Jee Kuen, or "straight through fist".

In the following short clips Sifu Garry will demonstrate the various applications of three techniques called Lam Da, Chum Choi, and Gwa Ma from this first level form.
